This is a very cool new model to Australia from Japan the 4WD Off-Road TownAce. This one has been done up beautifully and includes a lift kit, brand new off road wheels and tyres. This Townace is very sporty and fun to drive with a 5 speed manual gearbox. The 1.5 litre 4 cylinder engine is gutsy and responsive and strong. The fuel economy is truly amazing at 5-7 litres per 100 kms. This is a special Super GL 4WD Widebody top of the range Hiace. In Japan the Super GL versions are known as the “Rolls Royce” of Hiaces as it is the fanciest and most luxurious Hiace variant. This one has more legroom, headroom and shoulder room in the front with a centre console and a comfortable rear seat with headrests and more legroom for three (total as a 5 seater).
